About the Project

Gavin at Full Grown approached us as he previously had a site developed that mostly looked nice, but hadn’t been finished, was partially broken and was not properly mobile optimised.  It was a long way from being ready to publicly launch.

We took the basis of the old site and redeveloped it into a properly functioning site that was mobile optimised and correctly met the requirements of Full Grown.

Where appropriate we extrapolated the design cues from the previous site to add new design elements that gelled with core design.

Full Grown required a highly flexible approach to page creation that would allow them a lot of scope for differing page designs, whilst remaining easy to create and manage.  We achieved this through careful understanding of their requirements and some custom functionality in the WordPress administration area.  This has helped the site to grow as Full Grown’s business has developed.

We have more recently added a print shop to the site, which is managed from the same place as the rest of the site to keep everything neat.

John helped with the redesign of our website, following a slightly clunky version from a much larger outfit. His reworking made the website much more elegant and streamlined, and we were far happier with its reflection of our design ethos. It was also far more functional. We had a tight deadline for the improvements, which John reached slightly early, without any fuss or bother.

John’s advice is always well-placed, and it feels that he is always keeping our ideas in mind, and not trying to push expensive extras or technical things we don’t need. His ideas & suggestions are considered, analytical and up-to-date. It’s always a pleasure working with him, and he’s a very safe pair of hands for our ‘shop window’ to the world!”
